This blog post is dedicated to my number one girl, Pi. She passed away today at the age of 15. She had the sweetest disposition of any cat I've ever had. And the softest fur, like a bunny. We called her Bunny Cat, Pi Girl, Princess Pi and White Cat. She was an inventor of games and loved to play with her toys. She loved to scratch on denim, eat Boar's Head deli turkey and sleep in boxes and baskets. Cancer slowly whittled her body away but she never lost her determination to keep going. She was a gift from Charlie when we first moved in together and has been there with us our entire relationship. She will be greatly missed. A hole in our hearts that will never be filled. Until we see you again, sweet Pi Ling. xo

What a lovely tribute to your sweet Pi! Sending you lots of love and hugs.
I am so, so sorry to hear that Pi is gone. I hope you're doing ok. Thanks for sharing her pictures, she was a special girl :) Big, big hugs to you and Charlie and Sammi xoxo
I am very sorry to hear she is gone. What a beautiful slide show! She really loved getting into things just a wee bit too small. I really enjoyed the photos of her curled up and nestled into the baskets, boxes and dollhouses. The photos named waking up and thirsty girl really made me smile. I hope you are doing as well as can be expected. Take care.
Sorry for the loss of your beloved Pi. No matter how many years you share, it's never easy to say goodbye. This is a lovely way to find comfort.
Oh, Laura, I'm so sorry. My thoughts are with you and I'm sending you tons of mental hugs. <3
My heart goes out to you, I'm sorry. What a beautiful tribute to Pi. A special cat comes along, if we're lucky, once, maybe twice in a lifetime. It's so hard when they leave us.....
Please, what is the piece of music, it's hauntingly sad....my kitties came to see me as I was crying so, something I rarely do.
And thank you for sharing Pi's life snapshots with us.
For what it's worth, I'm very sorry for your loss. I, too, have lost animal friends and it always feels devastating.
The slide show is hauntingly beautiful and it really shows just how great and happy life Pi had - that's got to count for something.
I am sending you guys strength and hugs.
Thank you everyone for your kind comments and support. The last few days have been so very hard and difficult. I love looking at the slideshow though and it helps to see how long a life she had and how much we enjoyed her antics.
I'm not sure what the music is..it came with the slideshow but it just really captured the sorrow I felt while putting it together.
Sorry for your loss... so sad. but she also had a happy life by your side :) so sorry...
Thank you Ady! And thanks for sharing your love of art with all of us. It's very healing! ♥
